Return Policy

When returning your order, please make sure you have included a note stating the following:

- Order Number

- Order Name

- Reason for return

It is essential that you include a note stating the above, if this is not included your return will not be processed. Once we have received the item back and confirmed it is in original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed. We must be notified via email within 48 hours of the item being delivered to you that you'd like to return. 

Please note that your email will not be responded to, we just need it on file to process the refund.

DISCLAIMER: If any of the returned products are damaged, or have signs of wear, your return will not be processed.

REFUNDS -

We estimate the time frame of 5-10 working days for refunds to show up on your statement when original payment is made by card. Please note that the time this takes is beyond our control, and is based on the time of the payment server and your personal bank. We can provide you with proof of your refund upon request.
